Instructor Clover may look sweet and demure but is actually a tough cookie. When you attend her class, be prepared to work out and sweat out. She believes that if a workout doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.
If you have attended Clover’s classes, you would know she is into hardstyle and she is the happiest when her jumpers tough it out with her and enjoy the music. She is all about pushing limits, including her own. She believes that you will never know what you are capable of until you try.
In your next class with Clover there are some key points to note – ramp it up and never give up! As Clover would say, ” LIFT! HIGHER!” Grunts are common, acceptable and highly recommended in her class. You’ll know what I mean when you get there 😉
When you know yourself you are empowered. When you accept yourself you are invincible. ~ Tina Lifford
Clover was looking for an effective program to help her lose weight and keep slim. She found jumping Singapore and did a trial class in 2017 at Peninsula Studio. Jumping fitness is not only an effective stress buster and great calorie burner. She loves it so much that she became a jumping fitness instructor.
After a particularly trying period, Clover peaked 72kg a few years ago. In conjunction with other exercises and therapeutics she jumped regularly and became the healthy and beautiful version of herself you see today! Jumping Fitness is now a very important part of Clover’s life. It is a very beneficial exercise and she wants to share it with you.
Clover conducts classes at Far East Studio. If you haven’t done so, please download our app, Jumping Singapore, to make a reservation with Clover.
