Sylvia is one of the pioneer instructors in Jumping Singapore. She played an essential role in helping us through our infancy days operating out of our first studio in Yishun in 2016. Sylvia is warm, friendly and professional and always has a beautiful smile for her jumpers in her classes.
Sylvia is very “jumper-centric” and is constantly innovating to help them get better results through jumping fitness. For example, she structures her classes in high intensity intervals and incorporates conditioning exercises to strengthen different muscle groups so as to achieve a full body workout, increase the afterburn effect and enhance fat burning. She also focuses on imparting correct techniques to help jumpers develop a strong foundation for more effective workouts and minimize the risk of injury. To add value to her class delivery and provide holistic support to her clients, she even went back to school to get a Specialist Diploma in Nutrition And Exercise Science.
“Push your limit. Exercise is not supposed to feel easy. Progressive overload is necessary for continuous growth!”
Sylvia started jumping because of its low impact on joints. She couldn’t perform most other high-intensity exercises back then due to her back pain caused by slip disc. Back then she did not exercise at all. Her core was weak and she had bad posture. Her back problem was a wake-up call for her. She realized how unfit she was, and decided to do something about it. Ever since she found jumping fitness, it changed her life and eliminated her back pain. She loved it so much that she became an instructor.
Sylvia conducts classes at Parkway, Peninsula and Far East Studios. If you haven’t done so, please download our app, Jumping Singapore, to make a reservation with Sylvia.

“Instructor is awesome! Was my first jump class, and I found her instructions clear… Sylvia kept the class engaged and the class energy was high, everyone was really pushing to complete their jumps. I found this class easy to follow yet at the same time challenging enough. Will be coming back again.” Jaylin Yeo
