Jumple classes

Jumple is a fitness training program based on exercise with jumpers (sports footwear that reduces each jump impact up to 80%). It is wild fun, safety and versatility! Our Jumple classes allow you to work at various levels in the same class, with the same music, because all its exercises are adaptable. Things to Bring: water, towel, thick mid-calf socks, sports outfit.

Jumple Evolution is a fitness training program based on exercise with jumpers (sports footwear that reduces each jump impact up to 80%).

Its key elements are Music and Evolution Training: intermittent training in the form of Evolution choreographies (choreographic blocks that are built throughout the session) and interspersed with Evolution series (muscular resistance work at high intensity).

Jumpers are an athletic shoe adapted to exercise without impact on the joints. To a certain extent it is like jumping on a trampoline, but with freedom of movement. This freedom allows us to do almost any activity that can be done with conventional trainers: walking, running, dancing, jumping, bouncing, etc.  Please refer to the Strength Customisation Chart below to customise your own Jumpers!

It is designed for jumpers who are already familiar with the basic jumping fitness moves and able to execute them with ease. Fun but challenging, the Insane Burn classes develop strength, endurance, cardiovascular fitness at the expense of immense amounts of calories and bucket-loads of sweat.
