Jumping Singapore runs hundreds of jumping fitness classes every month across our 8 locations. From the jumping novice to the ultra fit, experienced jumper, there are many classes you can join to stretch your limits and to get the results you are looking for!

Jumping FITNESS
FOR NEWCOMER/REGULAR
The typical jumping fitness session caters to a mix of jumpers, from beginners to the very seasoned. Under the guidance of professional instructors, the newcomer will also be able to follow along and benefit from the session.
This class delivers a full-body workout through a curated sequence of jumping fitness moves to strengthen and tone the entire body. It is a high-intensity class that builds cardiovascular health rapidly. With more than 40 jumping fitness classes scheduled each week, you will be spoilt for choice at Jumping Singapore. Jumping Fitness is a fun, dynamic, and endorphin boosting workout that will keep you coming back for more.

Jumping FITNESS (BEGINNERS)

We designed the Jumping Fitness (Beginner’s) class with the complete jumping novice in mind. Whether you are a newbie looking to start a fitness regime that builds your health yet protects your joints, or you are someone who exercises regularly and are already fit, the beginner’s class will help induct you into the jumping fitness program.
This class focuses on imparting correct fundamental techniques to prepare you for the regular and advanced levels so that you could work towards your fitness goals safely and effectively. Even though it is a beginner’s class, you can be assured of an excellent cardiovascular workout that will leave you refreshed and invigorated.

Jumping FITNESS (INSANE BURN)
FOR HARD CORE
The Jumping Fitness (Insane Burn) is designed for severe calorie incineration. It focuses on endurance training with extreme power elements and intensified fat-melting stomping exercises that develop stamina and build core strength. The aim is to create a strong heart and a well-toned chiseled physique.
This class is not recommended for newcomers. It is designed for jumpers who are already familiar with the basic jumping fitness moves and able to execute them with ease. Fun but challenging, the Insane Burn classes develop strength, endurance, cardiovascular fitness at the expense of immense amounts of calories and bucket-loads of sweat.

Jumping FITNESS (FUSION)

The Jumping Fitness Fusion Class is a specialized jumping fitness class that incorporates HIIT elements, such as Tabata, EMOM, and AMRAP, to burn fats, build muscle mass, and tone the entire body efficiently. The HIIT exercises involve short bursts of intense activities conducted on the trampoline and between jumping fitness routines to achieve the benefits of jumping quicker while protecting your knees and joints. We also use customized expanders and sliders for resistance to enhance the effects of the workout. Jumping Fusion pushes your limits to help you get maximal health benefits in minimal time. It is a full-body workout with the impressive ability to increase your metabolic rate for hours after exercise, helping with rapid weight loss and boosting overall health.
Jumping Fusion is an excellent workout option for people of all ages in good physical health. Generally speaking, anyone without an injury or medical reason to abstain from exercise can do Jumping Fusion. So see you in class and enjoy the burn and the afterburn.

Jumping FITNESS(& YOGA)

Jumping Fitness (& Yoga) is a special combo class that is designed to develop your cardiovascular fitness, balance, flexibility, and muscle strength, promoting your physical and mental well-being. We combine high intensity, cardiovascular jumping fitness and yoga elements to help you achieve holistic health which comprises of physical fitness as well as the inner balance and harmony that is vital to our total wellness.
It comprises of 45 minutes of high-intensity jumping fitness and 30 mins of yoga stretches and meditative poses.

Jumple EVOLUTION
FOR NEWCOMER/REGULAR
Jumple Evolution is a fitness training program based on exercise with jumpers (sports footwear that reduces each jump impact up to 80%).
Its key elements are Music and Evolution Training: intermittent training in the form of Evolution choreographies (choreographic blocks that are built throughout the session) and interspersed with Evolution series (muscular resistance work at high intensity).
Jumple Evolution is suitable for everyone. It is easily adaptable to all levels, from less trained to very fit people. It allows you to work at various levels in the same class, with the same music, because all its exercises are adaptable.

Jumple SHAPE
FOR NEWCOMER/REGULAR
Jumple Shape is a fitness training program based on exercise with jumpers (sports footwear that reduces each jump impact up to 80%) to sculpt the figure and improve body composition in a definitive way through POSTURE CORRECTION and DANCE.
Its basic elements are Music and Shape Training: concurrent training that combines resistance work (intermittent method through the Shape Songs) and strength work (strength-posture exercises through Posture & Body).
Jumple Shape is suitable for everyone. It is easily adaptable to all levels, from less trained to very fit people. It allows you to work at various levels in the same class, with the same music, because all its exercises are adaptable.

Yoga FUSION

Yoga fusion blends yoga poses with other fitness regimes such as Pilates, strength training, dance, or even kickboxing.
This class will help you achieve strength, better balance, improved flexibility and improved focus.

Pilates FLOW

How do I join your classes?

To make a reservation, create an account with your email. You could also purchase a pass or package directly on the app.
Do I have any benefits as a SAFRA member?
As a SAFRA member, you can enjoy 5% off our regular packages for classes conducted at SAFRA Studios. Please get in touch with us at 97735538 when you wish to make a purchase. We must verify your SAFRA membership and activate the SAFRA discount code.
What is your cancellation policy?
Jumping Singapore has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Therefore, if you need to cancel a reservation, please do so at least 24 hours before class. Otherwise, it will be considered a late cancellation, and your credit may be forfeited.
Could you waive my late cancellation charges and not deduct a session from my package?
If you have become unwell less than 24 hours before class, please share your MC or doctor’s note with us, and we will return your session immediately. For other reasons, please share valid supporting documents so we can process a return if approved.
How do I share my package with someone?
For our shareable packages, Jump8, Jump16, and Jump50, you may instruct us to link another account to your package via phone/Whatsapp at 97735538 or email to js@jumpingsingapore.com. Simply provide your sharer’s registered email, and we will connect you on the backend. Once we have set up the sharing option, your sharer may proceed to make reservations. And every time your sharer attends a class, a session will be deducted from your package.
How do I request a package extension?
Please get in touch with us at 97735538 with your package extension requests. Please note that our one-month and 2-month passes strictly cannot be extended. All unused sessions will be forfeited.
What do I need to prepare for my jumping fitness class?
Please come to class in comfortable sports attire and sports shoes. Please also bring a bottle of water and a towel. If you are feeling unwell, please do not attend class. Instead, consult a doctor, present your mc, and we will return your session immediately.
I have a medical condition, can I still jump?
If you have a medical condition, please consult your doctor to check if you can engage in high intensity cardiovascular and aerobic exercises. We do not provide medical advice. However, we do not recommend pregnant ladies, people with heart problems or vertigo, and those with existing injuries to jump with us in class. You may consider home rebounding as a therapeutic activity to assist in healing instead. In that case, you may consider purchasing a trampoline from us.
Why do I feel achey after class?
Muscle aches after class are common if you have not exercised for a long time and will typically disappear in a few days. You will become stronger when you persist and adopt an active lifestyle. If you experience any pain during class, please check with your instructor to ensure that you are executing your techniques correctly. Correct techniques help you to exercise safely and effectively.

When are your opening hours?
Our studios are only opened during class times. Please refer to our app to view our class schedule for each location. If you need any assistance, you may contact us at 97735538. You may whatsapp us anytime or call us directly between 10am to 7pm.
Could I walk in and buy a pass at your studios?
Prior reservation is required. This is to ensure that there is a trampoline for you when you come to class. Please make your reservations on the Jumping Singapore app. All purchases are to be done on the app. We do not have a help desk at the studio to collect payment. If you need any assistance with setting up your app account, please contact us at 97735538.
