TrampoRun: A Gravity Intensified Run

Studies by NASA scientists show that rebounding on a trampoline is 68% more effective than running.**10 minutes of rebounding is equivalent to 30 minutes of running in terms of health benefits, and without impact on weight bearing joints too. So why not run on the rebounder at TrampoRun, a unique running experience created especially for runners!

As you move up and down on the rebounder in the field of gravity, the increased G force acting on your body greatly intensifies the run, thereby requiring greater endurance and determination to complete the 2 hour non stop challenge. The TrampoRun is not a feat for the faint hearted.

** According to a study published in “Journal of Applied Physiology” in 1980 by NASA’s Biomechanical Research Division both running and rebounding produced similar heart rate levels and oxygen consumption. However, rebounding produced greater biochemical results with less demand on the heart, making it more efficient than running.
