We created the Jumping® Fitness (Jumpstart) class to help newcomers build a strong foundation in jumping fitness so that they get it RIGHT from the start. This class comprises 3 technique-focused modules delivered over 3 sessions. We will guide you closely and teach you all the fundamental moves of jumping fitness. Each level increases in intensity and difficulty but it is well-structured and paced so that you could get into the flow of jumping effortlessly and quickly.
This class is conducted at a considerable slower pace than the beginners class and is suitable for new jumpers and seniors who have not been exercising.
We designed the Jumping Fitness (Beginner’s) class with the complete jumping novice in mind. Whether you are a newbie looking to start a fitness regime that builds your health yet protects your joints, or you are someone who exercises regularly and are already fit, the beginner’s class will help induct you into the jumping fitness program.
This class focuses on imparting correct fundamental techniques to prepare you for the regular and advanced levels so that you could work towards your fitness goals safely and effectively. Even though it is a beginner’s class, you can be assured of an excellent cardiovascular workout that will leave you refreshed and invigorated.
The typical jumping fitness session caters to a mix of jumpers, from beginners to the very seasoned. Under the guidance of professional instructors, the newcomer will also be able to follow along and benefit from the session.
This class delivers a full-body workout through a curated sequence of jumping fitness moves to strengthen and tone the entire body. It is a high-intensity class that builds cardiovascular health rapidly. With more than 40 jumping fitness classes scheduled each week, you will be spoilt for choice at Jumping Singapore. Jumping Fitness is a fun, dynamic, and endorphin boosting workout that will keep you coming back for more.
The Jumping Fitness (Insane Burn) is designed for severe calorie incineration. It focuses on endurance training with extreme power elements and intensified fat-melting stomping exercises that develop stamina and build core strength. The aim is to create a strong heart and a well-toned chiseled physique.
This class is not recommended for newcomers. It is designed for jumpers who are already familiar with the basic jumping fitness moves and able to execute them with ease. Fun but challenging, the Insane Burn classes develop strength, endurance, cardiovascular fitness at the expense of immense amounts of calories and bucket-loads of sweat.
Jumping Fitness (Ultimate) is a very high intensity, 45-minutes jumping fitness class specially created for those who want the challenge of maximum cardio burn and maximum core and upper limbs toning for the ultimate sculpted body. This class is not recommended for beginners. It is a unique resistance-based, high intensity training class, that comprises mainly of fast tempo jumping fitness routines and core conditioning exercises.
