JUMPLAH! SINGAPORE 2022 is a celebration of 57 years of nation-building! We celebrate ourselves for being uniquely Singaporeans. We are “kiasu.” Therefore, we are hardworking, competitive, responsible, and resilient. We are “kiasi.” Therefore, we value life, honor authorities and are compassionate. Full-hour Community Jumping Fitness Workouts: $10

Remembering The Disadvantaged In Our Communities

As a nation, we have come so far together. And what better way to celebrate this National Day than to participate in the biggest Jumping Event in Singapore! Moreover, it is not just a fitness event but an opportunity for all participants to contribute to the welfare of needy Singaporeans. Jumping Singapore will channel all the event’s collections to the Social Service Agency, New Hope Community Services, to support their work amongst Singapore’s low-income and displaced individuals and families. Your registration fee is a donation towards this cause. If you are compelled to do so, you may even contribute more than the required amount to bless our beneficiaries. Please drop in your donations when you checkout. Thank you for your generosity.

JUMPLAH! SINGAPORE Hourly Community Jumping Fitness Workouts

JUMPLAH! SINGAPORE includes hourly themed workouts that cater to a mix of jumpers, 7 years and above. Kids jumpers must be accompanied by parents or guardians. Please be ready about 15 minutes before start time, in comfortable sports attire and shoes. We also encourage all participants to dress in national day colours.  Each session will deliver a full-body workout through a sequence of curated jumping fitness moves to strengthen and tone the entire body. Jumping Fitness is a high-intensity aerobic exercise that builds cardiovascular fitness. You may accidentally burn lots of calories while working up a sweat. So remember to bring a bottle of water and your own sweat towel. Every participant will also receive a pair of limited edition Jump sweatbands generously sponsored by our senior Jumping Instructor, Tan Li Leng.

Things To Note

  1. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
  2. Kids jumpers must be at least 7 years old and accompanied by parents or guardians.
  3. Participants are required to wipe down equipment before and after each session with the disinfecting wipes provided.
  4. Please keep your masks on at all times except during the workout.
  5. Please come in appropriate exercise attire and exercise shoes.
  6. Please bring along a towel and a personal water bottle.
  7. Please check-in about 15 minutes before your scheduled time slot.
  8. You are advised not to participate in our fitness workouts if you are pregnant, or have existing medical conditions without first consulting your doctor.

9. Participation in the jumping fitness workouts involves physical activity, which may expose you and your child/ward to the risk of personal injury or property damage. By registering for the workout, you will assume all risks arising directly or indirectly from your participation and agree to fully indemnify New Hope Community Services, the organizer, Sports Singapore and all event sponsors and partners from and against all injuries, damages or losses.
