A Holistic Exercise Program For Weight Watchers

The Jumping Fitness Weight Watchers Class is an exclusive beginner’s class specially designed by Gynaecological Oncologist Dr Chia Yin Nin, to assist participants to achieve optimal weight safely and holistically. Weight issues are associated with many health risks including heart problems, diabetes, knees and joint issues and even cancers. By losing excess weight, you will not only look better but will feel better with more energy and zest to live each day. You will also significantly reduce your risks of many degenerative diseases.

This class is recommended for those with BMI outside the normal range. There is a diet component and participants are required to maintain a food and weight journal while on this program. Your instructors will guide you through diet modifications and progressive exercise routines to help you lose excess body fats and keep those fats away. Eligibility:

This class is designed for women with BMI outside the healthy range of 18.5 – 22.9.
